Mickey Rourke left the Celebrity Big Brother house tonight after clashing with Love Island star Chris Hughes

Mickey Rourke left the Celebrity Big Brother house tonight after a shocking clash between him and Chris Hughes. The Love Island star and the actor got in a war of words during a pirate themed task.

Here’s their row in full, which partly led to Mickey’s exit from the show. During today’s pirate themed task, all the housemates gathered in the garden. JoJo was given the role of Captain and was in charge of steering the ship.

Jojo then told them: “Ahoy. How have things been going out here?” as Trisha said: “There is a rat amongst us, Captain.” Jojo then replied: “Step back in line, soldier.” It was then that it all kicked off.

Chris stepped out of line and looked at Mickey. Mickey stepped out of line and confronted Chris. As Jojo said : “Mickey… Ahoy,” Mickey then says to Chris: “You looking at me?”

“Ahoy. You’re not the captain of this ship. Ahoy. Back up soldier,” Jojo said, as Mickey said to Chris: £\Don’t eyeball me.” Chris then told Mickey: “Mickey it was a joke, f***ing…” but he tells his co-star: “Don’t f***ing eyeball me. You c***.”

Danny and JoJo then both stepped in to try to diffuse the situation, sharing: “He was joking. He was joking. He was joking,” as Chris said: “F***ing stand there.” Mickey then asked what Chris said.

“He was joking,” Danny said as him and Daley stood in between Mickey and Chris to try to diffuse the situation. Chris said: “Mickey, it was a joke.” Big Brother then intervened: “This is Big Brother. Mickey, come to the diary room immediately.”

“No, your a** will be right there in a second,” Mickey said, as Big Brother then said more sternly: “Mickey, come to the diary room immediately.” Following that, Mickey did head to the Diary Room.

Following a chat with Big Brother in the Diary Room about his behaviour, Mickey then returned to the garden and apologised to Chris. Mickey then headed inside. Chris told the housemates: “Mickey’s just Mickey, you know what I mean.”

“It’s fine – you can be just someone, but be mindful of what it can trigger in other people, because it’s made me feel very uneasy,” Ella then said. Later, Mickey apologised for what happened as he was sent home.

He said: “I did wrong. I apologise. I’m sorry. I can’t take it back, you know, I stepped over the line. And I take responsibility for doing the wrong thing. ‘Cause I lost my temper, and I’ve been trying to work on it my whole life and I wish I would have had better self-control and I’m very sorry. I’m ashamed of myself for losing it for a few seconds there. Nobody got touched or hurt. Maybe some feelings got hurt or maybe others have feelings about others getting upset but, you know, I’m sorry about that …

“I blame myself, I know it was my bad. You know, I’ve got a short fuse and I know I upset a lot of people out there, you know. And I’m sorry for that. I’m actually ashamed of myself for getting that hot. I went over the line, you know, I did wrong. I guess, like they say, I’m a work in progress. I just wanna pack my bags and leave, you know. I wanted to leave yesterday actually but I wasn’t chosen.”
