Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is saying his country is ready to negotiate a peace deal and sign a rare minerals deal with the U.S. This comes after President Trump and Vice President JD Vance berated Zelenskyy at an Oval Office meeting. CBS News’ Ellee Watson reports.
